1. When do I start paying for my subscription ?
You can pay for your subscription after the completion of your 14 day trial, during the trial you get 1 user account with all the features and mobile apps that you will get after starting your subscription.
2. Can I pay for the 2 months together ?
Presently we just have the 4 week plans and no long term subscription plans. As and when we come up with longer term subscription plans we will let you know.
3. Can I only pay by Credit card ?
You can pay by Credit card, Debit card, NEFT or even by offline payments to our bank account. However your subscription will be started once the funds are realised in our bank account. We are presently offering no credit to any customers.
4. I am a distributor, so should I subscribe to this software to have my products displayed ?
If you are a distributor and want that your products are displayed on our portal for ordering, then you need to contact us on info@infinitiplc.com. You will have to purchase our Incluziv Cloud subscription to let your products be sold on Incluziv Retail.
5. Is my data safe with your company ?
Our company comprises of team members with extensive experience in running large and complicated systems for big organizations. We maintain the highest levels of integrity and security in all our operations with adequate safeguards on who handles data, how it is stored, and the retrieval of data. Your data is fully secure on the cloud and is not accessible to anyone except you.
6. What happens if the date of renewal is a bank holiday ?
As a SME we understand the problems of small businesses and provide a small relaxation of 6 days and keep your software running unhindered 6 days post generation of your invoice. You can pay up anytime in the 6 days, however on the 7th day your software will not permit logins.
7. After how many days of non operation do you delete our data ?
We wait for 2 billing cycles and in case your invoices remain unpaid after the generation of the second invoice, we cancel your subscription and delete your data. Even if you were paying us, but not logging in your software for more than 30 days we expire your account, which can be activated by speaking to us.
